Role: Warranty Administrator
 
Location: Bishops Stortford
 
Hours: 8.15am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday - 39.5 hours
 
Salary: £12.66 an hour, weekly pay
 
OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Bishops Stortford on a Temporary to Permanent opportunity.
 
Duties of an Administrator:
 
     
  • Deal with customer enquiries
  • Update spreadsheets and organise return of warranty items
  • Inspect products to determine warranty status
  • Contact clients regarding claims
  • Schedule repairs of items
  • Collate data weekly for montly reviews
 
What we would like from you:
 
     
  • Previous experience as an administrator 
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Available to start ASAP
